What Is White-Glove Delivery?

White-Glove Delivery means our trained delivery specialists bring your furniture directly into your home, place it in the room of your choice, assemble it fully, and remove all packaging. You don't lift a finger.

Delivery Service Tiers

  • White-Glove (Free over $799): Room placement, full assembly, packaging removal.
  • Threshold Delivery ($49): Delivery to your front door or garage — ideal for smaller items.
  • Standard Curbside ($0–$29): Available for select lightweight items only.

Lead Times & Scheduling

Lead times depend on product availability and your location. Typical timeframes are:

  • In-stock items: 5–14 business days from order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order items: 6–12 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Custom / bespoke items: 10–16 weeks — timelines confirmed in your quote.

If you notice any damage upon delivery, please note it on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours at info@lovetodecor.com. Do not discard the original packaging.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment or repair at no cost to you, per our 5-year structural warranty.
