Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

🔄 30-Day Returns — If you're not in love with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is in its original condition — unused, unassembled where applicable, and free of damage caused by the customer.
  • The item is not listed as a Final Sale, custom-order, or made-to-order piece (see exceptions below).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within one business day with return authorization and pickup scheduling.

Return Pickup

For large furniture items, we will arrange a pickup directly from your home at no charge (for standard eligible returns). You do not need to transport the item yourself.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help. Contact us to arrange an exchange — we'll coordinate pickup of the original and delivery of the replacement simultaneously where possible.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Items built to your specifications (custom dimensions, fabric, finish) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
  • Assembled Items: Items that have been assembled by the customer (where assembly was not included in delivery) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return, repair, or replacement — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

All furniture is covered by a 5-year structural warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
